200cc Big Bore Kit

Here is a project that my boss did to his scooter. A 200cc big bore kit.
The original piston was 54mm and the new one is 63mm. Racing cdi, racing variator and clutch.
Because the kit was the big one he had to get the case honed out so the new head would fit. This thing flys and I'm sure the upgrades aren't quite done yet. This scooter is a cool Harley type style. Could use more chrome. hahahaha This scooter is a really nice scooter stock. With the larger piston(Stock) its has lots of power and is a really fun ride. With the upgrades this thing will do about 80mph.
